Applications are accepted on Tuesdays and Thursdays only.
Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Applications must be completed with a representative in the County Office.
The INITIAL APPLICATION INFORMATION section will be completed by a Housing Specialist when you return the application (Initial Application Information).
Please bring in Birth Certificates and Social Security Cards for all household members listed!
